EU Serbia and Albania

In 2017, Mary Seacole Housing Association was fortunate to be a partner in a European Funded Project. This looked at shared practices for responding to homelessness in Albania, Italy, Serbia, Bulgaria and Spain. This strategic partnership enabled each European organisation to identify and record best practices in community modelling.

Mary Seacole staff spent a week in Serbia and Albania, participating in training and observing local organisations’ practices. This learning experience enabled staff and management to bring back some effective working practices and make positive changes to our own training and development programs.
